I am Ma Po Po Aung, Managing Director of Po Po Aung Co., Ltd. I worked tremendously hard to establish Po Po Aung Co., Ltd., an overseas employment agency. It was founded after I gained nine years of experience in sending workers to Japan while working at another overseas employment agency.

With the aim of helping and supporting Myanmar youth to the best of my ability based on my experience, so they can build a bright and fulfilling future, Po Po Aung Co., Ltd. was established in 2019.

We provide to ensure that individuals can work in Japan through proper and legal channels, specifically as Specified Skilled Workers, at government-mandated service rates. We also aim to help youth facing financial constraints proceed smoothly without worry.

By leveraging my nine years of accumulated experience as an employment and dispatch agency between Japan and Myanmar, we will continue to dedicate our utmost efforts to serve the mutual interests of both countries and help Myanmar youth step toward a bright and fulfilling future.

I strongly believe that upon returning to Myanmar, our youth will apply the work experience, technical knowledge, discipline, punctuality, and dedication acquired in Japan to secure a bright future for themselves and contribute effectively to the development of our nation.
